Ingredients:
beef – 1,5 kg (3.31 lb)
butter – 50 g (1.76 oz)
olive oil – 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
FRY ON MEDIUM FIRE for 15 minutes
onion – 2 pieces
garlic – 20 g (0.7 oz)
tomatoes – 2 pieces
salt – 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper – 3 g (0.11 oz)
sweet paprika – 3 g (0.11 oz)
water – 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
OVER LOW FIRE 45 minutes
potatoes – 500 g (17.64 oz)
water – 1 l (34 fl oz)
TO BOIL 10 minutes
parsley – 20 g (0.7 oz)
for the salad:
tomatoes – 2 pieces
cucumbers – 2 pieces
red onion – 1 piece
cabbage – 300 g (10.6 oz)
salt – 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper – 3 g (0.11 oz)
olive oil – 15 ml (1 tbsp)
