IN THE OVEN 180° C (356 °F)/1 HOUR

cucumbers – 2 pieces
cherry tomatoes – 150 g (5.3 oz)
red onion – 50 g (1.76 oz)
parsley – 10 g (0.35 oz)
feta cheese – 60 g (2 oz)
salt – 8 g (0.29 oz)
