
I will never cook chicken breast without sugar again. This recipe, on the pan, is fantastic!
Ingredients:
chicken breast – 3 pieces
salt – 8 g (0.29 oz)
black pepper – 5 g (0.18 oz)
flour – 100 g (3.5 oz)
butter – 60 g (2 oz)
OVER MEDIUM FIRE 5 minutes on both sides
butter – 20 g (0.7 oz)
garlic – 2 cloves
soy sauce – 30 ml (1 fl oz)
honey – 80 g (2.82 oz)
vinegar – 10 ml (0.34 fl oz)
salt – 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper – 4 g (0.14 oz)
parsley – 10 g (0.35 oz)
OVER MEDIUM FIRE 10 minutes
for the salad:
cabbage – 300 g (10.6 oz)
carrot – 1 piece
red onion – 50 g (1.76 oz)
green onion – 10 g (0.35 oz)
yogurt – 150 g (5.3 oz)
oregano – 10 g (0.35 oz)
salt – 8 g (0.29 oz)
black pepper – 4 g (0.14 oz)
mustard – 20 g (0.7 oz)
oil – 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
