milk – 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
water – 25 ml (0.85 fl oz)
salt – 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper – 3 g (0.11 oz)
sweet paprika – 5 g (0.18 oz)
parmesan – 50 g (1.76 oz)
melted cheese – 40 g (1.4 oz)
for potato balls:
potatoes – 300 g (10.6 oz)
salt- 5 g (0.18 oz)
corn starch – 40 g (1.4 oz)
oil – 40 ml (1.35 fl oz)
