carrot – 1 piece
salt – 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper – 5 g (0.18 oz)
oil – 40 ml (1.35 fl oz)
lemon juice – 30 ml (1 fl oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/90 minutes

for the salad:
cabbage – 300 g (10.6 oz)
lettuce leaves – 100 g (3.5 oz)
green apple – 1 piece
carrot – 1 piece
oil – 50 ml (⅕ cup)
lemon juice – 25 ml (0.85 fl oz)
honey – 30 g (1 oz)
salt – 3 g (0.11 oz)
