Ingredients:
chicken meat – 500 g (17.64 oz)
cabbage – 500 g (17.64 oz)
water – 1 l (34 fl oz)
tomato – 2 pieces
salt – 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper – 8 g (0.29 oz)
sweet paprika – 5 g (0.18 oz)
chicken spices – 5 g (0.18 oz)
oil – 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
rice – 100 g (3.5 oz)
water – 150 ml (5.07 fl oz)
Over low fire under the lid for 30 min
for the salad:
cucumbers – ½ piece
tomato – 2 pieces
yellow bell pepper – 1 piece
red onion – 1 piece
oil – 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
lemon juice – 10 ml (0.34 fl oz)
salt – 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper – 6 g (0.21 oz)
oregano – 5 g (0.18 oz)
