black pepper – 5 g (0.18 oz)
curry – 5 g (0.18 oz)
sweet paprika – 7 g (0.25 oz)
garlic – 3 cloves
TO MARINATE 2 H
starch – 100 g (3.5 oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/30 minutes
Tray size 30 X 30 cm (12 x 12 in)
for the sauce:
ketchup – 200 g (7 oz)
honey – 30 g (1 oz)
butter – 30 g (1 oz)
lemon juice – 10 ml (0.34 fl oz)
lemon peel – 5 g (0.18 oz)
salt – 6 g (0.21 oz)
sweet paprika – 5 g (0.18 oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/15 minutes
for the salad:
spinach – 200 g (7 oz)
carrot – 1 piece
cucumber – 1 piece
yellow bell pepper – 100 g (3.5 oz)
red bell pepper – 100 g (3.5 oz)
carrot – 100 g (3.5 oz)
for dressing:
mayonnaise – 50 g (1.76 oz)
oil – 50 ml (⅕ cup)
vinegar – 30 ml (1 fl oz)
