
According to a Polish recipe: chicken breast rolls into the pan, with pickles!
Ingredients:
chicken breast – 700 g (24.69 oz)
mushrooms – 200 g (7 oz)
oil – 10 ml (0.34 fl oz)
salt – 7 g (0.25 oz)
lemon juice – 10 ml (0.34 fl oz)
pickled cucumbers – 5 pieces
water – 500 ml (16.9 fl oz)
TO BOIL 2 minutes
eggs – 2 pieces
hard cheese – 50 g (1.76 oz)
mayonnaise – 40 g (1.4 oz)
flour – 150 g (5.3 oz)
eggs – 3 pieces
salt – 4 g (0.14 oz)
oil – 70 ml (2.3 fl oz)
Fry them over medium fire for 10 min on both sides
for the sauce:
butter – 30 g (1 oz)
flour – 30 g (1 oz)
garlic – 3 cloves
onion – 1 piece
canned tomato cubes- 30 g (1 oz)
pickled cucumbers – 30 g (1 oz)
cheddar cheese – 50 g (1.76 oz)
hard cheese – 50 g (1.76 oz)
parsley – 7 g (0.25 oz)
milk – 170 ml (5.75 fl oz)
salt – 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper – 3 g (0.11 oz)
paprika – 4 g (0.14 oz)
herbs of Provence – 3 g (0.11 oz)
Cook it over low fire 10 min
