Ingredients:
chicken legs – 6 pieces
salt – 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper – 5 g (0.18 oz)
sweet paprika – 5 g (0.18 oz)
soy sauce – 30 ml (1 fl oz)
TO MARINATE 2 H
oil – 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
Fry on both sides for 5 min
oil – 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
red onion – 1 piece
garlic – 3 cloves
beer – 400 ml (13.5 fl oz)
OVER LOW FIRE 20 minutes, under the lid
for mashed potatoes:
potatoes – 300 g (10.6 oz)
water – 500 ml (16.9 fl oz)
Boil it under the lid for 20 min
milk – 30 ml (1 fl oz)
salt – 10 g (0.35 oz)
turmeric – 4 g (0.14 oz)
butter – 20 g (0.7 oz)
