TO BOIL 15 minutes

mustard – 30 g (1 oz)
herbs of Provence – 6 g (0.21 oz)
potatoes – 500 g (17.64 oz)
onion – 3 pieces
sweet red pepper – 1 piece
mushrooms – 250 g (8.8 oz)
oil – 40 ml (1.35 fl oz)
salt – 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper – 3 g (0.11 oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/1 HOUR
Tray size 35 X 35 cm (14 x 14 in)
for the salad:
canned corn – 300 g (10.6 oz)
cherry tomatoes – 150 g (5.3 oz)
cucumbers – 2 pieces
parsley – 6 g (0.21 oz)
yogurt – 35 g (0.18 oz)
mayonnaise – 35 g (0.18 oz)
herbs of Provence – 5 g (0.18 oz)
red onion – 1 piece
