TO MARINATE 20 minutes
butter – 40 g (1.4 oz)
beer – 300 ml (10.14 fl oz)
Under the lid 15 min
garlic – 4 cloves
honey – 40 g (1.4 oz)
soy sauce – 30 ml (1 fl oz)
vinegar – 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
OVER LOW FIRE 5 minutes
potatoes – 4 pieces
water – 1.5 l (51 fl oz)
TO BOIL 10 minutes

IN THE OVEN 200 °C (392 °F)/20 minutes
