
I don’t cook chicken breast without sour cream. This recipe, on the pan, is fantastic!
Ingredients:
chicken breast – 1 piece
sour cream – 250 g (8.8 oz)

turmeric – 7 g (0.25 oz)

lime – 1 piece

flour – 300 g (10.6 oz)

for the salad:
cherry tomatoes – 100 g (3.5 oz)
cucumbers – 2 pieces
yellow bell pepper – 1 piece
orange bell pepper – 1 piece
red onion – 50 g (1.76 oz)
for the dressing:
oil – 50 ml (⅕ cup)
mustard – 30 g (1 oz)
salt – 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper – 5 g (0.18 oz)
garlic – 10 g (0.35 oz)
lime juice – 10 ml (0.34 fl oz)
