Ingredients:
an entire chicken- 1 piece
water – 700 ml (23.6 fl oz)
bay leaves – 4 pieces
black peppercorns- 10 g (0.35 oz)
salt – 10 g (0.35 oz)
lemon juice – 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
TO BOIL 10 minutes
mustard – 30 g (1 oz)
honey – 50 g (1.76 oz)
potatoes – 500 g (17.64 oz)
carrot – 2 pieces
red onion – 3 pieces
garlic – 4 cloves
salt 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper – 4 g (0.14 oz)
olive oil – 30 ml (1 fl oz)
Tray size 28 X 35 cm (11 x 14 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/45 minutes

for the sauce:
garlic – 3 cloves
lemon juice – 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
mayonnaise – 100 g (3.5 oz)
garlic powder – 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper – 5 g (0.18 oz)
cayenne pepper – 5 g (0.18 oz)
mustard – 30 g (1 oz)
