Ingredients:

flour – 100 g (3.5 oz)
butter – 40 g (1.4 oz)
oil – 30 ml (1 fl oz)
Fry over medium fire on both sides for 5 min
butter – 30 g (1 oz)
garlic – 50 g (1.76 oz)
apple vinegar – 10 ml (0.34 fl oz)
soy sauce – 30 ml (1 fl oz)
honey – 50 g (1.76 oz)
OVER MEDIUM FIRE 10 minutes, under the lid
green onion – 20 g (0.7 oz)
for the garnish:
potatoes – 6 pieces
water – 1 l (34 fl oz)
Boil it under the lid 20 min
oil – 30 ml (1 fl oz)
salt – 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper – 4 g (0.14 oz)
sweet paprika – 6 g (0.21 oz)
garlic – 3 cloves
parmesan – 50 g (1.76 oz)
Tray size 25 X 10 cm (10 x 4 in)
IN THE OVEN 200 °C (392 °F)/10 minutes
